• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do! Due to our business is located in the EU, shipping times for US orders can be longer than the average on this site.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most EU orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Non-EU and overseas shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 12 weeks.

• Are HEMUGs dishwasher safe?

  Absolutely! The mugs are made of high-quality porcelain. Our hand-designed patterns are of porcelain paint, printed and applied with a special process and burnt at 900 Celsius in a kiln.
  HEMUG patterns are 100% dishwasher safe and will never fade during the lifetime of your mug. (So there's a chance it will become a historical artefact itself in a few hundred years. :) )

• Will I be a better fencer if I drink my coffee from a HEMUG?

  Not necessarily, but you sure will be a stylish one!
